It is the greatest month of the year for Predators fans. It's FILbruary!
If you're not sure what I'm alluding to, Filip Forsberg has a love affair with the month of February. Forsberg has played 52 career games in the shortest month of the year, and he has tallied 29 goals and 22 assists for 51 points total. He's a different animal when February rolls around. Who can forget his back-to-back hat tricks in February of 2017 or his OT penalty shot winner last season? He seems to always elevate his game in this month and that is a great sign for the Predators. They are currently in 2nd place in the central division with 64 points, but their play before the All-Star break left much to be desired. Hopefully Forsberg can use his February magic to propel this team to the top of the division.
